  • Our team of technocrats have come up with a compact mining machine which could also be used for mining of gold, silver and nickel etc.
  • This machine measures approximately 45 ft (13.7m) by 15 ft (4.6m) and weighs approximately 40 tons. This machine completes the entire task from exploration to smelting till gold comes out in the final stage of gold bars.
  • Unlike in the conventional mining, this machine will close and reclaim the disturbed land in the mining area so that it is rehabilitated.
  • Once the closing and the rehabilitation is carried out, we would then use for a value added project development, which would be translated into lasting programs for the communities in the vicinity which is termed as Village Independent Partnership Program (VIPP) by One World Peace Maker Foundation.

  • The best way to predict the future is to design it. Future is not tomorrow, its today. An imagination of the future is depicted in the design of the modern gold mining machine.
  • Our machine is absolutely active and attractive. Gold is the softest and most malleable of all the metals. It can be crafted into shapes and even can be drawn into form a fine wire, without breaking. Gold is not affected by water or oxygen as many metal would, thus it does not rust or tarnish either.
  • Most gold comes in low deposits having concentration of gold in cracks of rocks. Low deposits of gold require hard rock mining where drilling and blasting using explosives needs to be done. But our machine does not require explosives to do blasting.

  • In the mining process our machine is able to be mobilized by low loader truck to the mining site where the machine could carry out the site clearing initially by self-maneuvering.
  • Using the guide from the geological report and Google maps and coordinates, the machine would start drilling to take numerous points.
  • Special monitoring gadget introduced into each bore hole in order to determine the availability of the gold.

  • The report from the monitoring gadget will send signals of each bore hole data via the satellite to our server.
  • The server will then transmit the bore hole data to our programming software in order to set the final report which would indicate the quantum at various depth.
  • The data based final report will be programmed into the software of the machine. Now the machine is ready for the gold mining process.
  • Initial task of the machine is to operate 3 suction cutters simultaneously, which would cut, suck and pump soil and rock. Next the "Trommer Equipment" would separate the rocks from soft earth.
  • Then the rocks are sent to “Cone Crusher” to crush the rocks. The crushed rocks and the soft earth goes to the “Jig Separator” where earth and other impurities are separated from metals like gold, silver, nickel, iron and many others.
  • The metal ores are sent to “Main Jack” which would separate the gold ore from other metals without using any chemicals whatsoever.
  • The final cleaning process would go through the “Shaking Table” after which the gold ore will be sent for smelting.
